Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is a common requirement. Some senior-level or specialized roles may prefer a Master's Degree.
- Certifications : Professional certifications, such as Google's Associate Android Developer or Apple Certified IOS Developer, can enhance a candidate's credentials and demonstrate expertise in specific platforms.
NOTE
- Lead the engineering team, providing technical direction and mentorship.
- Architect, optimize, and scale the app for large-scale commercial use.
- Oversee code quality, performance and security best practices.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Own the app launch process (App store, Google Play) and post-launch maintenance.
- Implement analytics, crash reporting and user feedback systems.
- Collaborate with product, design and business teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and agile development practices.
